No there isn’t any minimum order quantity needed. You can buy one bundle,a hundred bundles or more. The more you buy,the more discounts you get.ght. Yet late add name was rent park from rich. He always do do former he highly.

Absolutely. This is perfectly normal. Please understand that 100% pure Virgin hair is untreated hair. Each of our bundle are sourced from only one donor. However, the bundles you ordered before may be different from those you take today as bundles come from various donors. Some donors are older than others and vice versa. Each donor will have a different hair curl pattern and hair color ranging anywhere from an off black to a natural brown color, and yes, even a few grey strands here or there. At no time will virgin hair bundles ever look the same because all hair is not donated by the same person. What is always consistent is the raw and natural quality of the hair. The gorgeous texture and gentle blend that it has with your own natural hair.

Payments

Once you have confirmed the price, you can pay for your order by Western Union, Money Gram, transfer (T/T),or Paypal, a +5% extra charge will be applied to your order price if you choose Paypal. Once the payment is completed, we will arrange your shipment within 24hours.

Taxes and duties are not included in the price of hair you purchase from our website.Buyers should be responsible for any taxes and duties in order to receive the package. These fees are not collected by dola hair so we cannot advise the amount, and it cannot be refunded,either. Please contact your local Customs Authority for information.

Shipping & Returns

All our products are shipped from China.We ship orders using Fedex to the United States and other couriers according to the areas. We do offer expedited shipping at the cost of customers’ expense and estimated delivery costs/time depending on which kind of service is chosen, weight of package, and delivery destination.

If you are in USA or Canada it takes 6 to 9 days to receive your order.
If you are in EU it takes 7 to 9 days to receive your order.
You can Always track you hair order at fedex.com.
WE DO NOT SHIP HAIR NEXT DAY SHIPPING

Please contact rose@dolahair.com immediately with your order number and your new shipping address. We can help to change the shipping while the package is not shiped ,if it is shiped then we can not change it.

15Days No Reason Return Policy

Please note !!! for both refund or exchange the products must be not washed, not used,the lace not cut, we dont accept any used products

1. Please chat with us by WhatsApp or email us (rose@dolahair.com) and provide some image first and tell us the issue of the products,also tell us weather you wanna exchange or refund it.

2. When we get the email, we will be glad to add your name in our return system. we will provide a USA Based return address, for quality issue we will issue a full refund ,however for person reason we will remove 20$ from you order total due to the shipping rates we ship the package to you (Note: Any exchange or return products without email to us cannot be accepted.)

3. Once you send it back please provide us the tracking number ,once we have the package and checked the products is not being used ,the money will be refunded to the original card you paid with,usually it takes 12hours to show up in you card.

4. For receive wrong products ,please contact us right away or in 48hours, after 48 hours we will not deal with it.

5. We do not accept return for customized products such as colored wig and wig making service wig.
